S&A Contracting Pty Ltd (S&A) is a leading provider of quality contract works to the Australian construction industry.
We specialise in civil, construction, fit-outs, demolition works, asbestos removal, hazardous goods remediation and related works, as well as having considerable experience in project management and labour supply.
The often challenging nature and specific requirements of our projects have enabled S&A to build a strong reputation for managing complex works on operational sites, often in regional and remote locations throughout Australia.
We pride ourselves on our unique family-oriented approach, impeccable safety record and excellent standards of workmanship.
Government and semi-government organisations make up a large proportion of our clients. Examples include NSW Government, Department of Defence, NSW Department of Education & Training, Ausgrid and Sydney Water.

Our Values
At S&A we are customer focused. We encourage our staff to understand customer requirements and take note of any ‘best case scenarios’, whenever they are mentioned.
Wherever possible we create opportunities to listen closely to clients, from tender briefings to site meetings or simply over the phone. At our weekly and monthly staff meetings, we often hold sessions where each member of the team is required to think back over their client interactions from the week and pass on at least one example of positive or negative feedback that was received.
By encouraging staff to take ownership of any issues as they arise, they are often resolved more timely and to the satisfaction of the client.
